Terms of Service

By accessing www.altuscloud.sg or engaging AltusCloud Pte. Ltd. for services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Services

Services include public cloud advisory, architecture, migration, security, FinOps, and managed operations across AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, and Cloudflare. Specific deliverables are governed by individual statements of work.

Acceptable Use and Payment

You must not use the services for illegal content, malware, unauthorised access, spam, unauthorised cryptocurrency mining, or activity that disrupts the services. Fees are governed by the applicable order form or SOW.

Data and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your data. We implement industry-standard protections, and you remain responsible for backups and access management. A limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence is granted for the duration of the engagement.

Liability, Termination, and Law

Total liability shall not exceed the amounts paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. Either party may terminate per the order form; outstanding fees remain due. Singapore law applies, and Singapore courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
